To provide the people of Calexico, the Imperial County and surrounding areas continued wellness and primary care in collaboration with local organizations to achieve and maintain healthy lifestyles through health education, fitness and a lifelong commitment to wellness.

Our goal is to be the safety net of our community with providing compassionate health care.

We work with local community agencies and organizations to grow strong ties in effective areas of our mission while continuing to seek partnerships with local granting agencies and sponsorships to grow as we implement the mutual interests in healthcare promotion, support, and direct services.

OUR FOUNDER

Blanca Morales

CEO

Blanca E. Morales has over 30 years of strong experience in Accounts Receivable Management, specializing in the area of Patient Financial Services. Over time and through the completion of numerous successful projects at institutions such as Southern California Physician Services, La Maestra Community Centers, Stanford Health Systems, Tucson Medical Center, and Baptist Health Care Hospitals, Blanca has proven herself to be a highly effective consultant for national and local hospital organizations and medical groups. Born and raised in Calexico, Mrs. Morales has come back to her hometown to build a non-profit clinic for the people that are underserved in their healthcare needs. Strongly tied to her Calexico roots, Blanca has identified the areas of need regardless of their financial status. She wants to bring positive change to the community.

OUR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS

Phillip Dickinson

Dr. Dickinson is a board certified general surgeon, he has 14 years of experience. He can help patients with a variety of procedures to treat hernias, hemorrhoids, bariatric surgery, colon conditions and other issues. He also specializes in robotic and bariatric surgery. Speaks English and Spanish.

Vitali Aizin

Dr. Aizin is a board Certified Doctor, he has 17 years of experience. Specializes in cardiology and nuclear cardiology and treats patients for congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure and other conditions. Speaks English and Spanish.

Bernard Lichtenstein

Dr. Lichtenstein is an internist in San Diego, CA and is affiliated with Scripps Mercy Hospitals. He has been in practice 38 years. He speaks multiple languages, including Spanish and German. He is experienced in diabetes mellitus, cardiology, geriatrics, preventive medicine, and minority health.

Bret Gerber

Dr. Bert Gerber is a 30-year experienced Pediatrician. He is the co-owner of the Pacific Integrative Pediatric Health in Rancho Bernardo and looks forward to serving the under served community.

Michelle Garcia

Nurse Michelle is board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois in Chicago. By starting her career in Internal Medicine, she was provided with a solid knowledge base in managing primary care. Dedicated to preventative care, she believes in the mind, body, and spirit working collaboratively as a whole to achieve optimal health.

Camille Cromwell

Nurse Camille is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. During these years, she worked in the ICU, ER and a Level II Trauma center. She recently completed her program to become a licensed FNP at US University in San Diego.

Gregory Wiener

Doctor

Dr. Gregory Wiener is a Board Certified and fellowship-trained gastroenterologist since 1990 who specializes in helping patients with digestive tract issues. He manages many gastroenterological conditions, such as constipation, diarrhea, IBS, colitis, swallowing issues, liver disease, Hepatitis C, fatty liver and cirrhosis. In addition, he provides colon cancer prevention and digestion/nutrition consultations. Speaks Spanish, French and English.
